Personal

Family

Randolph has lived in the DC area nearly his entire life, where he currently resides in Bethesda, MD. While being the oldest of two, Randolph makes frequent visits to South Carolina, where his sister, Elizabeth, lives and helps run a successful business in Columbia. With his parents, Theresa and Randy, both living within a few short miles of his home, Randolph has the luxury of spending time with them regularly - many times on the golf course and playing tennis. Randolph's family is very important to him, and are a cornerstone to his success and happiness.

Community Involvement

Serving as a volunteer for the Make-A-Wish foundation over the last year continues to be a very rewarding experience for Randolph. Spending time with children who have unfortunate medical conditions, and contributing to their wishes and dreams coming true is "equally as rewarding," Randolph says, as the work he is able to do for his clients.

SOME (So Others May Eat), is another charitable organization that Randolph supports through his time and money. It benefits local families, particularly women and children, in the DC area who face financial disadvantages. Throughout the year, there are different food drives, holiday feasts at soup kitchens, and fundraising events that Randolph finds satisfaction in participating.

With being a Pi Kappa Alpha alum, Randolph also spends time at local chapters to help students make a successful transition from college life to the professional world. Some of his efforts have resulted in these students being able to take advantage of internship and full time opportunities at his office. Randolph also makes annual financial contributions to the PIKE Education Foundation, which is dedicated to providing scholarships to members who exemplify both great achievements and financial need.

Hobbies

Although Randolph's business demands a lot of his time and energy, he finds balance in the outside activities with which he participates.

2008 has been an exciting year thus far, as Randolph is preparing to run in his first ever marathon this October - the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C. In addition to regular training, Randolph has run this year in the Cherry Blossom 10 miler, GW Parkway 10 mile Classic, Capitol Hill 10K Classic, and is registered to run in the Lawyers Have Heart 10K in June, and the Army 10 miler in October.

Sailing has recently become an interest that Randolph enjoys as well. With one of his best friends purchasing a 30 ft. sailboat last year, Randolph looks forward to improving his skills and spending much of his weekends on the Potomac River this summer
